At RUGS R US LLC, every rug is crafted and prepared with care. Please review our full shipping policy below before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
Unless otherwise specified as “Ready to Ship,” all orders are made-to-order.
- Standard processing time: 2–4 weeks
- Processing includes: production, quality inspection, packaging, and fulfillment preparation.
- Processing times may increase during:
- Holidays
- Sales events
- High-volume periods

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been processed and shipped.
2. Ready to Ship Items
Items labeled “Ready to Ship” will typically:
- Ship within 3–7 business days
- Include tracking information once dispatched
If an order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise requested.
3. Shipping Time (After Processing)
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Carriers
We ship through major carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Carrier selection depends on package size, weight, and destination.
5. Tracking Information
- Tracking numbers are emailed once the package is shipped.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
RUGS R US LLC is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Delays caused by carriers
- Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
If a package is returned due to address error, reshipping fees will apply.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier:
- RUGS R US LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
- Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
If a package is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist in locating the shipment.
8. International Orders
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- Customs processing times may delay delivery beyond estimated shipping windows.
- RUGS R US LLC is not responsible for customs-related delays.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label

10. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
- Custom rugs are final sale.
